VIENNA， July 20 (Xinhua)-- The performing arts festival， Bregenz Festival， began its 70th anniversary on Wednesday at Lake Constance in the border triangle between Germany， Switzerland and Austria， a spokesman of the festival told Xinhua in an interview.
